Our fees below, are subject to change each month:
$100 - $1000 15% 85%
$1000 - $5000. 10% 90%
$5000 + 5% 95%
Consignors must include market value pricing with their submission. $5 per item fee if Nordic Poke prices out your consigned items for any reason.
All shipments will accrue $5 processing fee on each payout.
T E R M S &. C O N D I T I O N S
By consigning collectibles to sell through Nordic Poke, you are agreeing to these Terms, Conditions and Fees. We accept Graded Cards, Singles, Graded Packs, ETB's and Booster Boxes.
Buyer’s Premium: A Buyer’s Premium of 5% will be added to the purchase price of the item(s). This is our standard fee across all purchases on our Marketplace. Therefore, the price you pay for an item will be equal to your purchase price plus 5%, plus shipping costs.
Early Withdrawal: Items requested back sooner than 90 days for any and all reasons including but not limited to: You sold the item elsewhere, you want to keep the items or have decided to not sell, you understand that you will be charged 3% of list price early withdraw fee + return shipping cost. No exceptions.
Cash-Out Payment Delivery: Nordic Poke EU shall be entitled to the designated Consignment Fee percentage of the full purchase price of each collectible sold, including fair trade value, and any additional fees that may apply. Payout will be provided by Bank Wire, Paypal Goods & Services, ApplePay, Swish or VIPPS . Payouts exceeding $5,000 are always via Bank Wire. All payout, transfer, processing, or bank fees are paid by the consigning client. Payouts will be each Friday. To expedite the payout, it is an additional $5 fee. All payment processing fees, conversion fees and other related fees will be paid by the consignor at the time of payout.
The sale must fully process through Nordic Poke processes to be paid out for the upcoming Payout Period. Once they pass, they will be added to the next scheduled payout. This process takes between 3 and 60 business days. This pertains to payment plans.
Right and Title: All collectibles submitted must be in our possession. That means, all items must be shipped to us. However, you keep ownership of the collectibles until sold. Nordic Poke EU nor any associated party is responsible for lost or damaged property while in transit to our vault until the package is in our hands and confirmation message has been sent. We highly recommend you insure your shipment when you ship to our address.
Consignment List and Pricing: The consignment list and prices are set by the submitter and are included during the online submission form process. If prices are not included on this, we price items based on current market value and you will be charged $5 per item to price. By not including pricing or include unfair pricing not based on current market value, you give up the right to pricing your items and therefore agree to the prices set by Nordic Poke EU and the fee that comes along with it. Price discounts or updates are allowed once per calendar month by request. Changes must be applied with 5% increments or higher. You understand that if Nordic Poke needs to correct the price for any reason, including pricing being out of touch with current market values, you agree to the pricing Nordic Poke sets.
Consignment Insurance: Nordic Poke EU shall maintain insurance coverage that shall be sufficient to compensate the owner of each collectible in the event of fire, theft or otherwise. We do not cover damage during shipment to Nordic Poke. We recommend you insure your shipments. If cards arrive to us damaged, you agree that Nordic Poke takes zero responsibility. Fortuitous events such as acts of God are not covered and no party shall be held liable by which neither party is at fault.
Items Unsold: All items can be remained listed indefinitely and can be request to be returned for free + return shipping costs after 90 days. If pulled, early, you will be charged a 3% early withdrawal fee plus return shipping. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the owner and to be paid by them.
We are not responsible for loss after the items have been received by the shipping provider. We do not guarantee sales or estimate dates in which items will be sold by. We do not price out submissions until they are in our vault.
By consigning through Nordic Poke , you agree to all Terms, Conditions and Fees stated above. Please review before submitting. All submissions are final. All rates apply once the consignment is submitted despite future consignment rate changes.
Once the online consignment form is completed, it’s time to ship your cards to us.
Our processes, policies and guidelines are subject to change at any time. Nordic Poke owns the right to this and by consigning through Nordic Poke , you agree to all Terms, Conditions and Fees in our Consignment Service at Nordic Poke By consigning at Nordic Poke, you agree that all cards must be sold at last sold market value.
Investor and Buyer Responsibilities
To buy items on Nordic Poke , it is required to be done in an honest and sincere manner. All offers are to be honored in the event of a sale. Sales are not conditional and all sales are final. No exceptions. To provide payment immediately for items purchased in a timely manner, consisted with the stated rules of the marketplace or otherwise agreed upon with a rep. Purchases can not be retracted or refunded once the item has been shipped. Approval is exceedingly rare and only granted on a case-by-case basis.
Any investor/buyer who behaves in a manner detrimental to the trust of Nordic Poke Marketplace will lose their privileges to conduct future transactions with Nordic Poke .
Stance on Professional Third-Party Authentication & Grading
Third-party authentication is a critical component of Nordic Poke . , as it provides trust through a neutral, unbiased assessment and quality control. Nordic Poke . only accepts reputable third-party authenticators. These authentication companies include PSA, PSA/DNA, BGS, CGC and TAG graded items. All third-party authenticators are required to maintain a level of quality control consistent with their respective brands and to ensure the marketplace is a safe and trusted venue for both sellers and investors/collectors alike.
